Ridgecrest Village has been serving the Quad Cities area for over 50 years. Our Lifeplan Community provides residents a lifestyle of comfort, security and the opportunity to live life with passion and purpose.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Registered Nurse to join our team as our DIRECTOR OF OAKWOOD PLACE, a licensed assisted living within the Ridgecrest community. Oakwood Place has 60 apartments including 15 certified memory care apartments. The Director is responsible for the overall operations of Oakwood place including clinical and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate must have a servant's heart and an eagerness to become fully engaged in our community. Must also be a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa in good standing. Experience in management and assisted living is a plus, but not required.
