    Starting Pay:
    $19.00/ Per HourShift: Night Shift / 7pm-7amSchedule: Wednesday- Saturday/ with every other Wednesday OFFCome and Join the FamilyApply NowProvides administrative and office support to the plant to include scheduling of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory, and production schedules

    Essential Duties:
    Report generation; update and configure weekly Excel reports and e-mail reports to support production team and maintain filing system.

    The use of the Adage system to maintain shipment documents and to maintain/generate daily production variances, finished product, and ingredient receiving.

    Track batching vs. packaging variance and report progress. Track rework and products on hold.
    Research variances and recommend procedures to improve variance.
    Support the plant in accounting for packaging and ingredient usage. Support the Warehouse on daily receiving and month end inventories.

    Possess a high degree of initiative and flexibility along with the ability to multi-task, accurately prepare & maintain all area paperwork.

    Communicate with team any issues pertaining to report discrepancies in a timely manner and maintains a professional working relationship with other plant management, customers and vendors.

    Use the team approach in dealing with other supervisors and peers within the facility and respect the decisions made by them.

    Practice GMP s and support audits, inspections and compliance paperwork.

    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or GED preferred
    Prefer knowledge of manufacturing and warehouse plant operations and procedures
    Must be able to use a lift truck, electric and manual pallet jack.
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in whole numbers

    Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

    Must be highly proficient in MS Office specifically Word and Excel
