Overview

The core responsibilities of the role are to perform daily analytical tasks, routine preventive maintenance and calibration on instruments within a plant laboratory.

Data collection for SQC, Statistical Quality Control, and supports to the implementation of quality management system are expected as well.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily analytical tasks and generate analytical information for raw materials and finished goods2. Performs basic instrument calibration, troubleshooting, and routine preventive maintenance on lab instrument/equipment3. Lab document management - calibration records, SOP, technical document of equipment and e-files in SharePoint4. Provides data to the Quality Coordinator to assist in resolution of QMs. Utilizes quality tools such as SQC to improve the quality of analytical data.5. Supports to the implementation of quality management system, management and procurement of lab consuming materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Education Required:
Sophmore or above Chemistry StudentMinimum Experience(years and type):Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Operating Excel and Word. Some experience operating laboratory equipment.
