- Traveling to 2 different locations which are in Bel Air, MD and Easton, MD
- Building and connecting relationships with Clients
- Handle and apply strong problemsolving skills
- Spends time with clients, understands the recruitment process, and able to bridge gaps
- Create presentations and spearhead meetings to executive leaders
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong Client Relationship Building and stakeholder development skills
- Minimum of five or more years resultsoriented recruiting experience working in an inhouse, RPO or agency setting.
