    We are seeking a Project Manager that provides oversight, leadership, accountability, and project management functions for multiple small or medium sized projects at the same time or for a single large project.

    This position will ensure consistency with the project management methodology perform long-term release planning based on organizational direction, regularly interact with the project management teams for status of budget, quality, and schedule, escalate issues and risks as needed to executives and exercise project quality control activities to ensure project scope expectations are met.

    The candidate will join our team as an RFI/RFP Project.

    As an integral part of our organization, the candidate will play a crucial role in managing the RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes.

    RFI/RFP Process Management:


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information to be included in RFIs and RFPs.
    • Assist in the development and refinement of RFI/RFP templates and guidelines to streamline the submission process.
    • Coordinate and track all RFI/RFP submissions, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and submitted within the designated timelines.
    • Maintain a comprehensive and organized record of all RFI/RFP activities, including candidate interactions, submissions, and evaluation results.
    • Background in Business Analysis
    • Expertise in Business Requirements Collection
    • Proficient in Project Management with Vendors
    • Experience with Medicaid Application
    • The new PM will be taking over a couple of RFP projects in the Medicaid Area.
    Required / Desired Skills
    Background in Business Analysis (Required 2 Years)
