Functional Responsibilities Drive for Results Establishes communicates clear expectations holding store team themselves accountable for achieving all brand performance behavior standards Performs oversees basic operational activities such as opening closing duties merchandise flow processes Supervises associates engaged in sales inventory receipt reconciling cash receipts or performing services for customers Utilizes weekly schedules ensure proper floor coverage within fiscal guidelines Maintains knowledge current sales promotions presents displays merchandise accordance current promotions standards Maintains standards merchandise handling presentation loss prevention directed Management Develops high-performance culture motivating sales team meet assigned sales productivity goals meets personal sales goals Trains coaches ensure selling team fluent aspects product knowledge line store Trains coaches assists locate fulfillment selling Build High Performing Teams Motivates inspires store team promoting shared vision modeling core values Promotes inclusive collaborative approach problem solving Communicates store teams Store Management effectively lead positive change Seeks personal developmental opportunities readily solicits feedback build leadership skill set Customer Experience Models teaches promotes Most Amazing Personal Service MAPS principles standards offering cohesive omni channel experience Models sales expectations utilizing various techniques communicating product knowledge customer recommends merchandise selections helps locate obtain merchandise based customer needs desires Builds maintains solid customer following clienteling wardrobing Ensures prompt resolution customer concerns Ensures fast efficient register experience remaining current policies payments coupon acceptance returns exchanges security practices applicable operations Ensures team maintains consistent client communication utilization customer book rewards program participation capture sign up Talent Supports implements follows-up training programs seminars etc Assists development store associates interprets Key Performance Indicator reports delivers coaching needed provides feedback Store Manager associate performance appraisals evaluations Drives associate engagement recognizing rewarding employees outstanding performance Ensures Store Team adheres employment practices policies Other duties assigned Position may found multiple brands Some duties vary brand to brand Qualifications High school diploma equivalent 1+ year retail management experience preferred Must 18 years age older Excellent communication verbal written skills Excellent service skills Able learn adapt technology provided company Knowledge administrative aspects operations Strong organizational ability multi-task fast-paced environment Able communicate customers Regular attendance essential position order adequate coverage meet company objectives Ability work flexible schedule including nights weekends holidays Physical Requirements Constant WalkingStanding % 8-hour shift Occasional Lifting up 50 lbs.-1-33% of 8-hour shift Frequent Climbing-34%-66% of 8-hour shift Due growth always accepting applications top talent join store teams When open position will review application determine qualifications match position requirements You apply location time however position applied currently not open Accommodation available applicants disabilities request accommodation during application process please contact local Store Manager assistance
