    We have a great opportunity for a seasoned and dynamic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations based in Fort Worth, TX.

    The ideal candidate will helm all facets of the plant's operations, aiming to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

    This role demands a leader adept at navigating the complexities of manufacturing processes while fostering a collaborative environment aligned with our overarching goals.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the plant's operational activities, ensuring the achievement of production targets within budget and quality standards.
    Develop and manage the facility's annual budget in alignment with the company's financial goals and operational plans.
    Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for better pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost savings.
    Ensure that operational activities at the facility are aligned with financial targets.
    Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the plant's safety and environmental compliance.
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
    Oversee supply chain and inventory management, ensuring timely availability of materials and components.
    Maintain effective communication with the parent company, suppliers, and the local team.
    Prepare and manage the plant's budget, optimizing resources to achieve financial and operational objectives.
    Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
    Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
    Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, including employees, senior management, investors, and partners.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
    Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in plant and manufacturing management in plastic molding injection sector.
    Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiencies.
    Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and environmental and safety regulations.
    Proficiency in MS Office, SAP.
    Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing a culture of continuous improvement.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels


    Compensation:
    $150K, plus bonus
