- Provide professional customer service for collection matters
- Review and process account adjustments
- Resolve discrepancies and short payments from customers
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts
- Achieve departmental goals and metrics
- Complete assigned tasks and duties
- Engage supervisors when needed to expedite collections
- Communicate promptly and efficiently with customers
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is REQUIRED
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collections environment
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
