Job Title: Line Cook at The Bridges Golf Club

Compensation: $21.00 hourly rate

Job Status: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Reports To: Executive Chef

Prepared by: Regional Manager

Line Cook Job Description:

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, mainly assisting in daily kitchen and banquets line operations. Responsibilities include preparing menu items for Restaurant, F&B Outlets, and Banquets while ensuring consistency and following food safety practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains a clean and safe kitchen environment
Prepares the Restaurant and Banquet line for service
Cooks and prepares food following recipes
Portions food and adds garnishes according to specifications
Receives and inspects food items for quality
Assists with other kitchen tasks as needed

Line Cook Requirements: Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge for Career Success:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional cooking skills and knowledge
Good understanding of food safety regulations
High School Diploma required
Effective communication and analytical skills

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and pay attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to distinguish colors
Standing for extended periods
Lifting up to 40 pounds
Manual dexterity and motor skills
Flexibility to reach and kneel

Working Conditions:

May involve indoor or outdoor settings
Exposure to various weather conditions
Working near mechanical equipment and hot surfaces
Handling cleaning chemicals

Work Availability:

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
