    As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.     • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
    • Leading and motivating the sales and marketing teams to exceed targets and KPIs.
    • Identifying new market opportunities and emerging trends to capitalize on.
    • Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Conducting market research and analysis to stay abreast of competitor activities and industry trends.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development, finance, and operations to align sales and marketing efforts.
    • Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
    • Developing and managing the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience with high volume convention properties is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
