    Job Summary

    As a key member of our Service Operations team, you will play a vital role in driving customer experience and satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on meeting customer needs, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, contracts, and service calls, and providing relevant information to internal departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and support.
    • Process orders, contracts, and service calls in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to provide necessary information and input.
    • Ensure data integrity in SAP and maintain clean data in internal systems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Basic knowledge of SAP and/or E1 preferred.
    • Excellent administrative skills, interpersonal proficiency, and ability to plan and time lead tasks.
    • Ability to work in a remote team or with a remote manager.
