Job summary
Evaluate facility electrical systems products components and controls through research and testing programs Confirm system and component capabilities by designing testing methods and analyzing properties Lead and support the Facility Maintenance Team to ensure preventive maintenance repairs and improvements are up-to-date Coordinate with vendors contractors engineers utility providers specify quote manage electrical automation systems Develop maintain data reports documentation for facility equipment automation controls Prepare assist capital expense budgets Ensure compliance federal state customer quality safety regulations Provide expertise facility maintenance modifications upgrades Act as team leader construction projects daily facility activities Conduct risk assessments manage multiple projects attention detail Communicate promptly issues affecting Environment Health Safety Quality
