Job Summary
This role provides leadership in nursing practice staff development financial management and quality improvement. The Manager collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient satisfaction employee engagement and operational efficiency aligning departmental performance with organizational goals.Responsibilities include supervising coordinating evaluating nursing care delivered within Women’s Services ensuring compliance with established clinical standards and organizational policies analyzing data identifying trends developing actionable plans implementing improvements that enhance department performance and patient satisfaction leading the rollout of tactical action plans individual goals accountability measures achieving departmental objectives managing daily operations resource allocation scheduling budgeting conducting patient case reviews resolving patient concerns ensuring delivery of safe compassionate patient-centered care developing reviewing updating departmental policies procedures practice standards maintaining regular reliable attendance complying all policies standards.
