Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support a new opportunity

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor the activities of all personnel on the Secure Construction Site (SCS) at all times
• Document activities of personnel on the SCS
• Document all security incidents on the SCS
• Perform in-depth inspection of construction materials, tools, and equipment prior to and after their use/installation ensuring all items are free of tampering and identifying all anomalies
• Inspections will include the use of specialized equipment including the Non-Linear Junction Detector, Spectrum Analyzer, and Portable X-Ray machine
• Utilize Technical Security Counter Measure equipment to screen equipment and materials
• Identify anomalies and variances in construction work against the official project construction plans
• Perform close-in/Seal-in inspections in accordance with the CSP, SSM, and SSC Direction
• Perform access control functions including personnel and bag searches
• Carry out opening and closing procedures of the SCS each day as directed by the SSM
• Operations may include 24/7/365 operations Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience or equivalent experience such as security experience

Security experience must be a minimum of two (2) years of construction experience directly related to SCIF construction or physical security

• Knowledgeable of common listening devices used by foreign intelligence services
• Must hold a valid certificate for the successful completion of a forty (40) hour or greater CST training course
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, walk, kneel, and perform other related physical activities for extended periods of time
• Have experience working with construction trades #CJ
