Job summary

The Head Coach (HC) ensures that all Sales, Fitness and Operations functions within the club provide the best member experience, team member environment,
and contribute to the club's financial success.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a fully engaged and high performing team that aligns with company values and goals
  • Recruit, interview & assist the GM hire Group Fitness coaches
  • Train, coach,
    and performance reviews. Recognize strong performance and discipline when necessary
