    We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Associate on our second shift (afternoon/evening) team at our Richmond, VA warehouse and distribution center.

    Stores materials/equipment
    Upholds environmental health and safety standards.
    Works closely with internal customers Store Associates and Sales Managers)
    Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
    Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product.
    Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
    Willing to work a daily schedule from approximately 2:30pm – 10:30pm (some teams may plan a work schedule that can flex to support the business needs.)
    May have opportunity for day shift if noted as well.

    Requirements:
    High School diploma or GED required.
    Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
    Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required.
    Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    Basic computer skills
    Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
    Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
    Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires.
