    Job Overview


    The incumbent provides support for strategic, operational, and tactical level personnel recovery requirements and initiatives; performs personnel recovery planning and develops personnel recovery plans as a task lead, functional lead, or individual contributor.

    Develop policies and procedures for the command to report, locate, support, recover, and reintegrate personnel in the event they become isolated performs personnel recovery planning and develops personnel recovery plans as a task lead, functional lead, or individual contributor.

    THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties & Job Functions:
    Carries out personnel recovery tasks as directed by a government lead and provides timely updates and reports
    Performs operational risk assessments; develops personnel recovery strategies, plans, and concepts; creates and documents personnel recovery response procedures (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
    Communicates with personnel recovery cells, centers, and entities in applicable geographic and functional headquarters. This includes planning and execution of personnel recovery operations in exercises and real-world scenarios.
    Identifies threats and their likelihood of occurrence; evaluates risk; and provides guidelines for risk mitigation.
    Support the design, development, installation, implementation, and administration of personnel recovery solutions (e.g., Evasion Plans of Action).

    The contractor shall provide input, recommendations, coordination (administrative, facilities, communication, transportation, training, equipment, etc.) and other support for effective personnel recovery planning and execution during the conduct of Security Assistance and engagements with U.S.

    and foreign Government representatives.

    The contractor shall track deployment of personnel supporting delivery of FMS defense articles, training, and services from the time of initial deployment through delivery of assets, training and services in country to full redeployment of personnel.

    Status shall be monitored and updated to reflect personnel changes in status such as isolation, missing, detained, captured, or abducted.

    In the case of isolation, missing, detained, captured, or abducted SATMO personnel, contractor will assist U.S. Government in coordination of personnel recovery actions inaccordance with DoD Directive E, Personnel Recovery in the Department of Defense.
    Develops briefings and assists with briefing execution.
    Prepares cost and budget analyses and resource estimates as required.
    Updates schedules, develops reports, responds to taskers, develops other required deliverables.
    Performs other related activities to improve overall operations.

    Job Requirements


    Mandatory:


    Associates Degree required in such disciplines as Operations Research, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Business/Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Education, Social Science, Strategic Studies, Foreign Policy, International Studies, Political Science, Liberal Arts, or other related discipline from an accredited training institution with a curriculum or major field of study which provides substantial knowledge closely related to the task.

    Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

    Possesses significant knowledge about the organization's structure and mission as well as industry trends and best practices for improving organizational and personnel recovery program efficiency and effectiveness.

    Proficient with Power Point, Excel, Share Point, and other business operations tools.
    Relevant DoD training and/or certifications desired.
    Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government National Agency Check (NAC) clearance and/or security clearance if required.
    Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record pertinent to this position.
    Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
    U.S. Citizenship.
