Job summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders Other duties as assigned
- Skills required:
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery drug store environment highly preferred
- Able to follow instructions interpret operational documents REQUIRED
- Must be able to lift between 30-50lbs from floor above shoulder height meet demands of frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service relationship management skills REQUIRED
- Strong organizational communication skills REQUIRED < li >Strong problem solving decision making skillSREQUIRED
