- Experience with Application packaging and deployment using MECM & MEM
- Experience configuring and Managing SCCM Software catalog.
- Experience PowerShell & VB scripting.
- Experience with configuring Windows Auto Pilot
- Excellent skills in PowerShell Scripting.
- Experience in Migration/Upgrade of Window and Mac Operating System using MECM & MEM
- Troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Event Logs, File and Print Server
- Experience in Managing AD security permissions, GPO and Client Policies
- Experience with configuring MFA.
- Experience of creating SOE Images
- Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
- Experience with managing the End point compliance and security through SCCM, Intune & JAMF
- Experience with EDR and Anti-Virus management.
- Experience with Printer management
