You are guiding, motivating and developing direct/indirect subordinates within HR policies. You are effecting the decisions of people in the function's scope of activities in cooperation with Business and Global Markets organizations.

    You are managing, through others, all activities of a significant part of the value chain function from parts of Sales Inventory Operations Planning and execution of day to day supply chain.

    You are contributing to the global supply chain strategy and transforming it into a functional strategy by setting objectives, key performance indicators as well as short- and long-term plans and ensuring regular measurement and reporting.

    You are preparing and managing the annual value chain budget for a significant part of the function.

    You are acting as expert to the senior management and ensuring that technical expertise and advice is available where needed to proactively manage value chain issues and constraints.

    You are liaising with key suppliers and key accounts to establish strategic relationships and alliances and ensure a steady flow of supplies.

    You are anticipating, initiating and implementing changes to value chain operations to continuously improve the organization.
    You are maintainin, developing – and further improving the BU specific Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning and Forecast process.
    You are designing, supporting and further developing of supply chain planning processes, systems, and key performance indicators.
    You are responsible for Finished Goods order handling and scheduling in terms of quantities and deadlines.
    You are leading strategic projects to further improve the order fulfillment process and the availability of Finished Goods.
    You are implementing product launch activities in close cooperation with the Product Management and Sales departments.
    You are anticipating and implementing necessary changes to the strategy and process to support growth and commitments to customers.

    You are maintaining an external awareness and perspective and acting as the acknowledged Business unit expert, with consulting responsibility on functional area knowledge and trends.

    You drive a culture of continuous improvement.
    Your profileSucessfully completed studies or adequate qualification, in the best case you have successfully graduated MBA.


    Multiple years progressive experience managing and directing a global Supply Chain organization with multiple sites; minimum 5-years in a senior leadership role in a large corporation.

    Having a strong understanding of Operations excellence, Supply Chain network optimization, Sales Inventory, Operational Planning, Product and SKU management.

    Ideally you will bring prior experience in a well-regarded, global manufacturing and technology businesses of scale (strong preference for globally complex value chain footprints).You should also be experienced in Lean Operating Systems, Manufacturing optimizations, ERP systems.

    Experienced in Stakeholder management and navigating within a Matrix.

    Proven record of accomplishment in Value chain with demonstrated ability to articulate a future vision business plan and profitability while meeting and/or exceeding corporate goalsYou are an exceptionally strong strategic and analytical thinkerYou are able to possess personal qualities of integrity credibility and commitment to the organizational valuesWould you like to work in a company that values and equal opportunities for its employees?Then we would like to get to know you.
