- Ensure continuous upkeep of hotel lobbies throughout the day.
- Clean all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
- Tend to the executive offices.
- Clean both men's and ladies associate locker rooms.
- Maintain the lobby and lower lobby pre-function space.
- Keep lobby balconies tidy at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the main guest entrance constantly.
- Ensure all floral arrangements and planters are well-kept without any debris.
- Keep all ash urns across the property clean and in order always.
- Ensure the water fountain and phone stations are consistently clean and tidy.
- Service guest and associate elevators.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for the hotel, guests, and associates.
- Execute any special projects as assigned.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
- Capable of providing a 4-diamond level of service.
- Ability to collaborate with Management on special projects.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Uphold a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Can stand or walk for extended periods or for an entire work shift. Involves repetitive motion.
