    POSITION SUMMARY

    Coordinate, supervise, and control warehouse operations and administrative processes in accordance with inventory policy and guidelines, product management, etc. Ensure timely supply to all areas and regions.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
    • Inventory control
    • Registration of incoming and outgoing goods
    • Receipt of merchandise in a timely manner
    • Supply of merchandise in warehouse
    • Compliance with the uniform warehouse layout
    • Picking and Preparation of order requests
    • Communication with buyers and suppliers for deliveries
    • Reception of uniform requests
    • Supply to internal customers
    • Assembly of orders according to request and shipment by parcel
    • Receive, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes
    • Purchase of various materials for organizational development site
    • Purchase of material for maintenance and general remodeling of the site
    • Management of petty cash
    • Registration of invoices
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
    • (1) years' of experience in inventory control
    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • SAP preferred but not mandatory.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITITES (KSA's)
    • Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Ability to self-motivate and possess independent problem solving
    • Project management skills
    • Good general organizational skills
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • While performing duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to walk. The associate is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs. Specific vision abilities may be required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to focus. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office levels to loud.
