Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Holder for our King of Prussia location to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Position Overview: As a Key Holder at Novesa, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide superior customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice.
Sales Leadership: Lead by example to drive sales and meet or exceed targets. Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the store is consistently presented in line with brand guidelines. Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and replenishing merchandise as needed, with the assistance of the team.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with team members and promoting teamwork.
Key Management: Assume responsibility for opening and closing the store, including managing cash transactions, securing the premises, and adhering to security procedures.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience in a luxury or high-end fashion environment.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
