Surgery Manager Position at Leading Cardiovascular Facility

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $130,000 with relocation eligibility

Position Description:
DutiesFull-time, no weekends.
Manage day-to-day operations of PACU, Surgery, and other areas.
Ensure effective staffing, productivity, and performance benchmarks.
Interview, hire, and oversee personnel performance.
Participate in budget preparation and departmental meetings.


Qualifications:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.
Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a supervisory/charge nurse role in Surgery/Day Surgery.


Additional Details:
Oversight of PACU, surgery, sterile processing, and valve clinic.
Facility with multiple operating rooms and advanced cardiac care capabilities.
