Currently, we have an opening for a System Engineer to provide proactive and reactive support to our client base. The IT System Engineer will work on a mix or projects and escalated support tickets.
Lead cloud infrastructure evaluation and implementation projects for clients.
Act as the last escalation point for the Engineering team for all technical issues.
Set up and configuring network environments from A-Z
Complete Windows Server deployments, virtualization via VMware/Hyper, and O365/Azure migrations
IT System Engineer (MSP) Desired Skills:5+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
Advanced in Microsoft Azure / Intune configuration and administration
Expert in Microsoft 365 and Exchange
Expert in Microsoft Windows (server and desktop)
Expert in Networking connectivity & related equipment including routers, managed switches, VLANs, WLANs, NAT, etc.
Expert in SonicWALL firewalls
Expert in Virtualization (Citrix/Microsoft/VMWare) configuration and administration
Advanced in Veeam Backup and Replication
Salary $100,000-$120,000
