- Identify and assess potential customers in line with company account goals

- Monitor market trends and suggest products to customers based on their business objectives and requirements
- Stay updated on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings and share this knowledge with customers as part of the provided value-added services
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and utilization
- Provide product details and practical training to customer staff
- Travel to customer accounts, events, company meetings using a personal vehicle
- Manage deliveries according to the transportation department's schedule; troubleshoot any issues during the ordering process
- Participate in company events, promotions, customer visits, and meetings
- Attend general sales and district meetings
- Engage in continuous training sessions
- Assist in the training of new team members when required
- Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, sales data, and gross profit margins
- Handle administrative tasks including preparing sales budgets, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and filing reports
- Perform any other assigned duties
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related field OR HSD/GED and 3 years of Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent related experience
- Bi-Lingual proficiency
- Prior experience in Restaurant Management, Foodservice Outside Sales, or as a Chef
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current automobile insurance meeting specific liability limits
- Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check)

- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the vicinity of the assigned territory
