    Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group seeks a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine

    Location: Mountain View, CA

    Highlights:

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • Current California State NP or PA license
    • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (NPs)
    • Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NPs (NPs)
    • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (PAs)
    • Active DEA registration

    Preferred:

    • 6 months or more of related primary care experience as an APC (Advanced Practice Clinician - NP or PA)
