    Description

Since our founding in 2012, Lotlinx has been at the forefront of transforming the automotive sector. We empower automobile dealers and manufacturers with innovative data solutions and technology, providing them with a competitive edge in every vehicle transaction. Currently recognized as a leader in automotive AI and machine learning, Lotlinx specializes in digital marketing, risk management, and strategic inventory management.

At Lotlinx, we foster a dynamic and challenging work environment filled with dedicated team members. Our benefits include competitive compensation, flexible time off, and ample opportunities for career development.

    Role Overview

As a Performance Management Specialist reporting to the SVP, Chief Customer Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing post-sale performance, adoption, and retention for our dealership clients. This role is centered around results-driven operations and is focused on improving platform utilization and dealer execution.

You will be instrumental in driving measurable business improvements through structured processes, clear objectives, and reliable methodologies, even when facing challenges like imperfect attribution or inconsistent dealer engagement.

Success in this role is evaluated by customer retention rates, performance indicators, and your progress toward becoming a full Performance Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead structured onboarding and swift execution for new dealership groups, ensuring clear expectations and quick realization of value.
    • Design and implement account performance strategies that align with dealer inventory situations, market dynamics, and Lotlinx capabilities, prioritizing efficiency over superficial metrics.
    • Analyze usage data, performance signals, and qualitative factors to identify potential risks early and intervene effectively.
    • Conduct thorough, data-driven business reviews with dealer leadership, translating Lotlinx performance into actionable insights, trade-offs, and next steps.
    • Drive adoption and standardization across all dealership locations within a group, particularly focusing on those locations showing underperformance or resistance.
    • Ensure accountability among customers for agreed-upon actions and operational norms required to achieve desired results.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion where increased investment aligns with performance goals.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to highlight execution gaps, provide product feedback, and gather segment-specific insights.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Lotlinx platform and the drivers of performance in automotive retail.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 1-3 years of experience in a performance-driven SaaS role (Customer Success, Account Management, Analytics, Consulting, or Sales).
    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential; experience with BI tools or SQL is a plus.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts through structured processes and consistent operating rhythms.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence behavior transitions using data, logic, and clear expectations rather than relationship connections.
    • High technical dexterity: capable of rapidly grasping complex platforms and translating insights into actionable guidance.
    • Established track record of ownership, accountability, and impactful results.

    Key Competencies

    • Strong analytical skills with comfort in environments where attribution data may be incomplete and requires interpretation.
    • Solid focus on process, structure, and repeatable methodologies.
    • Ability to maintain boundaries and assertively communicate 'no' when necessary.
    • Executive-level communication skills grounded in data and results.
    • Strong orientation towards ownership and accountability.
    • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn rapidly.
    • Resilience when faced with ambiguity, resistance, and evolving situations.

    Compensation:

Salary Range: $70,500 - $90,700, with a generous commission package.

    Benefits:

Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) matching program.
