    This position is responsible for supervising youth in a residential program.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Supervise residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
    • Work a 3:00pm-11:00pm schedule, including weekend shifts.
    • Complete a two-week training program, which may include some daytime hours.
    • Provide positive role modeling and guidance to residents.
    • Maintain accurate resident records and facility security.
    • Transport residents as needed.
    • Administer medication according to policy.
    • Maintain clean and organized living spaces.
    • Develop strong relationships with youth and colleagues.

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 21 years old.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle liability insurance requirements.
    • Pass background checks, including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
