    The Ayer Neuroscience Institute at Hartford HealthCare has opportunities for a BC/BE Sleep Neurologist to support our comprehensive sleep services at the Hospital of Central Connecticut (HOCC) outpatient clinics and sleep labs located in New Britain and Southington Connecticut.

    Highlights of the position:

    The Sleep Neurologist will work directly with the Regional Sleep Medical Director and a team of Sleep APPs to ensure ample and equitable access to sleep care services throughout the region.The Sleep Neurologist will also be part of the Hartford Healthcare Ayer Neuroscience Institute, which encompasses multiple subspecialties across the state of Connecticut.

    · HOCC's Sleep services include two sleeps labs, each with four beds.Outpatient clinics are located adjacent to the sleep labs. This fiscal year, we have averaged 522 outpatient visits, 115 in-lab studies, and 92 home sleep studies per month

    · Dedicated time to reading studies and outpatient clinical time to be determined by practice needs

    · The Sleep Neurologist will work with a variety of specialists including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and podiatry
