    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Middle Office Operations, specifically in asset servicing, to lead our client implementation projects. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients and driving operational excellence within our middle office operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee middle office client implementation projects, focusing on asset servicing solutions within the banking sector.
    • Collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices throughout the implementation process.
    • Manage all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    • Coordinate with technology teams to configure and customize asset servicing platforms to meet client requirements and specifications.
    • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions.
    • Provide training and support to clients and internal stakeholders on new systems and processes as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the implementation process.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on middle office operations and asset servicing within the banking industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing client implementation projects from initiation to completion.
    • Strong understanding of asset servicing functions, including trade processing, corporate actions, and cash management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
    • PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
