    Job Summary:

    Responsible Vaccine Program Management, Float Pool, VFC/VFA Ordering, Monitors Staffing Ratios, Inventory Handling, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Access and Training, Employee fitness, Community Advocacy Program Participant, Point person for student and practicum programs, general Provider support, coordinating and monitoring activities of the clinical care team regionally and other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing program required.
    Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed LPN or RN in management of Health Care, physician practice, or clinic setting preferred.
    • Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail, and possess a good working knowledge of electronic medical records
    Certification/Licensure:
    • Must possess and maintain current/valid Florida LPN license or RN license.
    • Current/valid BLS certification, or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
    Special Skills:
    • Ability to deal with patients effectively in upsetting situations; able to function professionally in emergency situations.
    • Bilingual skills preferred.
    Other Requirements:
    • Able to work flexible hours and sites as needed.
    • Able to work evenings and weekends.
