    Coffee Dose is hunting for an experienced Front of House Assistant Manager to join our rapidly growing brand. Specialty coffee and or restaurant experience is a requirement

    Coffee Dose Cafe is not your grandma's coffee shop. Though we offer the same quality of drinks as a third-wave cafe, we make it a fun and unforgettable experience. Coffee Dose is a safe place for the coffee connoisseur, the instagrammer, and the basic b*tch. Our new Flagship location offers amazing, mouth-watering dishes on custom china that makes for an entire experience

    The Front of House Assistant Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to the team, as well as making schedules, enforcing procedures, making sure the cafe is running efficiently, be the point of contact between staff & upper management, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

    Pay: $ $24.00 per hour plus tips

    Requirements

    Skills and qualifications:
    • At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
    • Ability to work in high-pressure + fast-paced environments
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
    • Effective problem solving/decision making skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal communication skills
