Facilities Technician Overview:
- Responsible for repairs and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Facilities Technician Pay Range:
Compensation will be determined based on role requirements, education, and experience. New team members typically start within the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary:
$26.63 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Business administration, operations, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in building maintenance or related field
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Customer service-oriented and adaptable
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver's license and clean record
- Building maintenance certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Building repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Emergency repairs and vendor coordination
- Security management and facility access
- Equipment purchasing and office furniture installation
- Landscaping upkeep and repair
Additional Skills:
- Operation of landscaping equipment and sprinkler systems
