    Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

    We are a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with ten locations across five states. Our evidence-based clinical curriculum and individualized care have set new standards in addiction treatment.

    Avenues at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. With its unparalleled clinical program, skilled staff, and modern premises, Avenues provides the ultimate setting for clients to begin healing and rediscovering themselves.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
    • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment
    • Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
    • Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
    • Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
    • 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
    • Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role
    • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required
    • Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
    • Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles

    Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated salary range)
