Job summary
We are building a new model of primary care for women 60+ to solve long-standing problems: rushed appointments, long wait times, and care that's generalized rather than specialized towards women's needs later in life such as post-menopausal care,bone density,
weight management,
and mental,
social and emotional well-being.
- The Receptionist works closely with members and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure members have an effective and positive member experience that leads to optimal health and cost-effective outcomes
- Engages onsite and/or telephonically with members, family and providers to help facilitate care
- Maintains patient medical records in accordance with our policy.
