In this vital role within the General ServicesDivision, you'll serve as the anchor point for all facility maintenanceconcerns, promptly addressing health and safety issues. You'll adeptly manageincoming service requests, coordinate our service technicians' schedules, andensure the accuracy of our Computerized Maintenance Management System. Clearcommunication is essential, as you'll be the bridge connecting departmentmanagers, employees, and clients. Your administrative expertise will be tappedas you monitor essential metrics, including work hours, open work orders, andbuilding costs. Additionally, you'll be at the helm of orchestrating bothinternal and external events and managing space allocations.
Skills Required Work experience in call center environment Direct customerservice Data entry and indirect work experience that will facilitate a workingknowledge of the maintenance trades Multi-tasking, and conflict-resolutionskills Oral, written and interpersonal communications, training, etc Understandand present information, create forms, queries, and templates Handle requestvia telephone calls, emails and/or walk ins Hear, see, and communicateeffectively with customers/co-workers Problem solve.
Experience Required Computers, dispatching and automated building maintenancesystems, working knowledge of building maintenance organization, tools,materials, and their usage Windows based software, customer service techniques,accurate data entry techniques, skill in oral and written communication,training, etc. Various computer software and software maintenance Constructionand maintenance terminology Office procedures and practices
Experience Preferred
Professional experience with Gmail and G Suiteapplications.
Education Required High School Diploma
