- Manage unit operations to ensure compliance with regulations and deliver top-notch care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain service standards.
- Act as a patient advocate and enhance patient care processes.
- Monitor financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and improve care quality.
- Develop and implement departmental policies in line with organizational goals.
- Address HR and risk management issues.
- Screen, hire, and train department staff.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in management required.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Registered Nurse License (California).
- Basic Life Support certification.
- PALS, PEARS, and/or ACLS certifications may be required.
- Understanding of regulations and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient care experience.
- Clinical specialization.
- Master's degree preferred.
