PAY: $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities include:

• cleaning common areas, offices, fitness center, clubhouse amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant units and freshens, cleaning model apartment home

At least 2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience a plus
