    Job Description
    Joint Logistics, FedEx Ground Contractor, is urgently hiring a full time Supervisor for our contract in Tupelo, MS.


    Manager Responsibilities:

    • Dispatch
    • Coordinate with terminal P&D
    • Coordinate and oversee operations of company vehicles
    • Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries and pickups are made on time
    • Assist drivers as needed
    • Oversee groundcloud route navigations and KPIs
    • Coordinate vehicle maintenance issues with Mechanic
    • May be required to drive when needed
    • Other duties and task as needed

    Requirements:


    • At least a min of 1 year of Supervisorrelated experience preferred
    • Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
    • Positive attitude to build team moral and retain drivers
    • Problem solving skills
    • Able to work independently
    • Strong leadership skills
    Monday - Saturday
    $200 per day
    Paid Weekly
