- Maintaining all aspects of the company's tax compliance and reporting
- Preparation of quarterly and annual tax workpapers
- Managing year-end tax filings and ensure timely submissions
- Research all tax topics that arise during day-to-day operations, including state and local payroll tax compliance
- Timely completion of special projects
- Developing and managing accounting processes and procedures around tax compliance
- Reconciling various balance sheet accounts including tax and related accounts
- Assist with training of staff accountants
- Maintain annual continuing education in areas beneficial to the companies
- Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices
- Knowledge and application of office administration procedures
- Thorough knowledge of all accounting principles and standards
- Possesses the innovative drive to ensure the continued strong growth of the companies

What You'll Be Doing
Job Scope:
Generally responsible for assisting with maintaining all aspects of finance and accounting processes for various companies. Responsibilities include preparation of tax and financial reporting, assist with cash management and analysis of general ledger account information. Work at this level requires progressive experience in finance and accounting and will be performed under minimal supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Ideal Background
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Accounting, or equivalent, from an accredited university is required.
Licensing: No license or certification required.
Experience: This position requires 5+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
