    Relationship Manager at X Company
    Location: Remote

    Exciting opportunity to join a leading Financial Advisor, Insurance Agent, and Relationship Manager team at X Company. In this role, you will have a competitive base salary along with the potential for unlimited commission. Your focus will be on assisting Veterans and their families without the need for licenses or state exams presently or in the future. We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial wealth management professionals to join our dynamic team. The primary duties include identifying, soliciting, and managing new client relationships, as well as promoting our services to both existing and potential clients.

    • A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
    • Prior experience in "Relationship Management" is essential.
    • A background or education in finance is a must.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and trust administration services. While 2+ years of experience in financial services is desirable, it is not mandatory.
    • Ability to make informed decisions and suggest services to new and current clients. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are necessary.
    • Demonstrated capability in building relationships within military communities is crucial. Military background, affiliation with the military, or a deep understanding of military matters is required. Knowledge of government benefits is beneficial.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
    • A certification in a relevant fiduciary field such as CFP, CTFA, or AIF is a plus.
