- Recruit, train, oversee, and assess youth development staff.

- Offer continuous professional growth opportunities for staff.
- Create and oversee the program budget to ensure financial stability.
- Monitor and report financial performance, including budget discrepancies.
- Identify and pursue funding sources, such as grants.
- Develop and sustain relationships with community stakeholders, schools, parents, and local organizations.
- Represent the organization at community events.
- Collaborate with other agencies to enrich program offerings.
- Ensure program compliance with regulations at all levels.
- Maintain precise records and documentation for licensing.
- Prepare for and address audits and inspections.
- Acquire certifications relevant to youth development and program management.
- Stay informed about industry trends to enhance program quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a non-profit, specifically in youth development.
- Strong grasp of non-profit financial management and fundraising.
