    Pacific Companies is pleased to present a General Surgery opportunity in the San Gabriel Valley of Southern California for surgeons seeking autonomy, growth, and long-term leadership.

    This private practice role allows you to join a quickly growing two-surgeon group with strong community demand and a clear vision to expand into a multi-surgeon program.

    You'll step into an established referral network supported by multiple primary care providers and aligned hospital resources. The practice offers a broad, bread-and-butter general surgery scope with the option to subspecialize based on your interests.

    With a guaranteed base salary, path to partnership, and strong administrative support, this is an ideal setting to build a durable, patient-centered practice.
