Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Project Manager & Estimator at our Clearwater, FL location. As a
Senior PM/Estimator you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial and industrial construction projects related to exterior cladding systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include estimating new projects, reviewing specifications, preparing submittal packages, coordinating project teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met,and overseeing logistics management.
