- Deliver care interventions as outlined in the care plan, including medication administration and clinical procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Monitor and communicate patient status effectively to the care team, physicians, and families.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Coordinate patient care across disciplines and address patient needs comprehensively.
- Provide appropriate education to patients and families based on their needs.
- Advocate for the well-being and rights of patients and families.
- Focus on customer service and address patient concerns promptly.
- Demonstrate ethical and legal awareness in patient care.
- Model caring values and maintain a patient-centered approach.
- Assess and address patient comfort and pain levels effectively.
- Take on a leadership role in delivering care and prioritize patient and family satisfaction.
- Associate's degree required. Bachelor's and Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN license in New Mexico or compact license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- MMC Conflict Resolution Certification within 90 days of hire.
- ACLS certification required for relevant areas.
- Experience in an Acute Care Facility preferred.
- Maintain relevant certifications according to Memorial Medical Center standards.
