    Description
    We're a tech-forward company specializing in innovative solutions for diverse industries. We're seeking a Hands-On Solutions Architect with expertise in .NET, microservices, and Azure to join our team.

    Position Overview:


    The Hands-On Solutions Architect will design and implement scalable solutions using .NET, microservices, and Azure cloud services, while actively participating in .NET development.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with clients to understand requirements.
    Design and implement solutions using .NET, microservices, and Azure.
    Actively participate in .NET development.
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
    Evaluate technologies and industry trends for optimization.
    Drive best practices in software development.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    Proven experience in .NET, microservices, and Azure.
    Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure services.
    Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
    licensure and certification requirements;
    office location and other geographic considerations;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
