    Must Haves:
    2+ years of experience with a ticketing system.
    2+ years of experience with resetting passwords and Azure Active Directory(AAD).
    Strong understanding of password security.
    HDI, A+, and/or ITIL certifications preferred.
    Great customer service skills and ability to work on a team.
    Strong desire to learn and grow within the company, and someone who is not afraid to ask for help.
    Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.


    Day to Day:


    A client of Insight Global in the Grand Rapids, MI area is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to join their team.

    This person will provide IT support to all business locations, nationally and globally, via phone, email, and online requests.

    This individual will be performing password resets, utilizing Azure Active Directory(AAD), handling internal customer requests, and working with remote connectivity, and more.
