- Administer medications and implement nursing treatment plans
- Communicate with/provide necessary information on relevant health issues to parents, guardians, and applicable Agency staff
- Hands-on nursing care for children with physical and developmental disabilities (including, but not limited to wound care, catheters, and g-tubes)
- Review patients' physical condition and medical needs and document changes as appropriate
- Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current LPN license to practice nursing in the State of MA
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- 1-year practical nursing experience a plus (new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience with developmental disabilities: 1 year
- Proficiency in delegated nursing skills
- Valid driver's license
- $10.00 more per hour
