    Description

    Position Summary:

    The primary goal of the position is to grow ATRO sales and profitability to meet target growth levels. This role is responsible for the development and successful execution of our regional distribution and sales growth strategy. This includes the baseline of current sales penetration and customer base, as well as defining the opportunities to grow ATRO sales in their Region in accordance with our select distribution philosophy. An additional area of responsibility includes providing feedback to the ATRO organization regarding our competitive position in price, product features and benefits, and customer support elements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Successfully learn and sell the ATRO product line to established distribution accounts that include Spring Shops, Dealerships and WD accounts (Truck Parts Stores)
    • Assist and compliment the Regional Sales Manager in all sales related functions.
    • Competence in systematic selling- which includes pre-call planning, investigating sales opportunities offering ATRO and ATRO customers solutions.
    • Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with key Purchasing, Sales, Service and Ownership personnel at all Aftermarket Customers, Distributors, Dealers and Fleets.
    • Promote the ATRO brand and be able to train fleets on the ATRO "difference".
    • Ability to present via PPT to attendance of 0-100 people.
    • Represent ATRO at customer events – open houses, fleet nights, trade shows and participate in sales blitzes.
    • Use ATRO's CRM and Sales Tools- Sales-I & NetSuite applications.
    • Capable of managing an assigned book of business and growing it at organizational standards.
    • Maintain good sales relations and offer a broad spectrum of training to ensure continued product growth.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive growth account specific growth strategies.
    • Maintain all activities and data in Sales I.
    • Participate in company, market or client driven sales blitzes , open houses or trade shows.
    • Capable of handling a book of business of 40-50 accounts.
    • Overnight travel up to 80%. Work hours may vary.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of successful commercial, industrial, or retail experience.
    • A Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent industry experience will be taken into consideration.
    • Team player with a passion and willingness to learn the industry.
    • Self-starter who is flexible, highly adaptable, and able to work at a fast pace.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across the company. Customer-service oriented with a high level of integrity. Superior listening and probing skills are expected.
    • Excellent communications skills: presentation, public speaking, interpersonal, verbal and written. Must have a command presence and the confidence to express opinions and propose new ideas.
    • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task, and assimilate new information quickly.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Strong software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams. Understanding of information technology systems, including CRMs, is essential.
